Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged a 50% cost of original appointment. No-shows will automatically be charged 50% cost of original appointment and banned from online booking. 15 minutes past appointment start time without any communication is considered a no-show. Past 15 minutes of start time, it is up to Walter’s discretion if the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
